Additional documents may be requested from candidates when necessary.
Evaluation Process:
Upon completion of the application process, the application files of all teachers nominated for the award are sent to a jury consisting of at least four scientists specializing in physical education for evaluation. The jury members conduct their evaluation based on the evaluation criteria specified below. The jury members submit their reasoned evaluation reports to TÜBED by October 13, 2025, at the latest.
In the second stage, each candidate verbally presents the work that is the basis for the award during the “Excellence Award” session at the congress. The jury members listen to the presentations for evaluation. The final score of the candidates is determined by the sum of the evaluation reports and the oral presentation scores.
In the event of a tie in the evaluation results (more than one candidate receiving the same score), the jury members meet and share their reasons with the other jury members. As a result of the meeting, a final decision is made to determine the winner.
