ORAL and POSTER PRESENTATIONS

– Abstracts can be presented as ORAL or POSTER presentations.
– Abstracts must be submitted via email (tubed2025@gmail.com) in both Turkish and English, following the provided template.
– Details regarding paper submission are provided in the template. Emails sent must include the type of application and the author’s full name in the subject line (Example: Oral/Poster Paper Abstract – Full Name), and the title of the work and the main topic it relates to as specified on the website must be clearly stated in the body of the email.

Oral Presentation Rules
Oral presentations should not exceed 15 minutes (12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for discussion).

Poster Preparation Rules

– Only the most essential sources should be cited in poster presentations, and all sources cited in the poster presentation must be listed in the footnotes or in the references section at the end of the poster presentation.
– The institutional and contact information of all authors must be included in poster presentations.
– Authors must be present at the beginning of their poster presentations on the specified date, time, and location for discussion.

Poster Technical Specifications

– Posters should be prepared and printed vertically in 70×100 cm dimensions.
– Text on posters prepared in the specified dimensions should be as large and legible as possible.
– The information on the poster should fit on one working page, and texts should be kept short if necessary; the quality of images and tables used should also be high.

Evaluation of Abstracts

– Evaluation will be conducted online by referees appointed for the relevant categories, keeping the researchers’ names and affiliations confidential. The referees will report the results of the abstract evaluation. The evaluation results will be sent to all abstract authors via email regarding the acceptance of their presentations.
– For papers to be included in the digital book, at least one of the researchers must have completed the conference registration process.
